Why can't I see more information about a property?

The data displayed on our website is factual and hence not subject to copyright. If an estate agent give us permission to display more information about a property, we'll be delighted to include this and provide a direct link to the property on their website free of charge.

Why can't I see properties in my area?

Our website has just launched and contains data from major estate agents primarily in London. We will collect data from new estate agents on we weekly basis, expanding first to the South East then to the rest of the UK.

Can I advertise on Itching2sell.com?

Sure! You may run ads on our website by specifically selecting www.Itching2sell.com in Google AdSense. We are also interested in forming partnerships with other businesses serving property investors.

Do you plan to add new features to the website?

Absolutely! We have many ideas to enhance the existing free service, as well as adding a premium alerts and analysis feature in the near future.

Why do the trends graphs show fewer properties for sale than on the agent's website?

Our trends charts ignore properties which are Under Offer and do not have a valid postcode.
